Hey hey!
I’m Oleskii

An all-around designer,
based in Lviv, Ukraine

Who am I

For about five years, I've been partnering with AGOV Agency, trusted by
Antler & Techstars startup communities.

I like find & solve things that don't have an obvious answer yet - the kind where figuring out the right question is half the work. Don't know, just that.

I do my best at small & medium teams, where everyone stays close to what's being built, and there's room to genuinely improve things with a bit of love.

Some people (even my mom) say I'm reliable, pragmatic, and fun to be around.

Besides everything said, I collect well-designed magazines, play video & tabletop games, & pilot FPV.

Oh, and also have Jojo.

Experience

I believe work should come from two things: Strategy & Creativity. They guide how I work, and honestly how I live too.

I've collaborated with startups & corporates, primarily working on: Brands, Products, UX&UI, Researches, Motion, and Marketing.

And over career, that's added up to 30+ projects across Hospitality, Web3, EdTech, AI, Finance, and other industries.

Here is a snapshot of what I’ve been doing all those years. Big things, and small things. Work & hobby stuff. Basically everything I can or want to share.

Playground

Some random stuff I've made being bored.

This is only a slice of what I've done.

Every project here got real attention: long days, redone drafts, more than one argument with myself over a single pixel. I like these ones, and if you get me talking about any of them, I probably won't stop for a while.

A lot of my work never gets past a lawyer's desk. What you're looking at is the part I'm free to show, plus a general read on the rest — the industries, the kind of problems it involved.
